2. The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012
2.1 The Committee discussed the Order and agreed to write to the Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development seeking clarification on a number of issues, and to consider the response at it next meeting.

3.1 The Committee noted the minutes of the meetings held on 17 and 31 May.
4. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business: Item 5
